Info on the Senior Full-stack Software Developer role As a Senior Full-stack Software Developer , you'll develop and maintain high-performance client software using PHP (Laravel) and TypeScript (React/React Native) . You'll ensure seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications while optimizing for speed, scalability, and SEO . Your Challenge We expect you to build robust, scalable, and maintainable web and mobile applications. You'll bridge the gap between design and engineering, ensuring smooth user interactions. What you'll do Collaborate with Product Management and Design teams to shape product direction. Release new features daily through continuous integration and deployment . Implement SEO best practices to enhance site visibility and performance. Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning and innovation. What You’ll Need to Succeed: Mandatory skills Advanced/fluent English skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills PHP (Laravel) or Java, React, and React Native – Solid experience with modern web development Client-side development – Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, responsive layouts, accessibility, animations, and working with design systems . CSS architecture – Familiarity with pre/post-processors, CSS-in-JS, and best practices for maintainable stylesheets. SEO expertise – Understanding of site structure, metadata, and page speed optimization. Computer science fundamentals – Strong problem-solving skills (Big O notation, data structures, object-oriented design, composition vs. inheritance). Web security best practices – Knowledge of XSS attacks , authentication flows, and data protection strategies. Database expertise – SQL proficiency, including CRUD operations, query optimization, and knowledge of relational/non-relational databases. Understanding of HTTP – How client-server communication works, RESTful APIs, and authentication mechanisms MVC frameworks – Experience with architectural patterns and backend best practices. Availability from 9-5 CST – Core working hours with flexibility for personal productivity. Nice to have Experience working in highly competitive digital markets .
