Job Overview and Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Design Co-op, you will play a vital role in supporting our CXD organization, which manages the customer and employee experience across key areas of the business. Your responsibilities will be diverse and exciting, ranging from market and competitor research, data analysis, and ideation to problem-solving, marketing, communication, event planning, and executive communications. You will have the opportunity to work with various teams within the travel ribbon, including the Service Recovery Team, Onboard Brand Experience Team, Uniform Brand Experience Team, Inflight Entertainment Wi-Fi Team, and Inflight Entertainment Delta Sync Seatback Team.
Some of the key areas you may be involved in include:

Conducting market research and analyzing data to inform design decisions and drive business outcomes
Developing and presenting business cases, executive communications, and presentations to stakeholders
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative customer experiences
Providing support for event planning, marketing, and communication initiatives
Assisting in the creation of onboard brand experiences, including interior product developments and customer-facing fleet projects


What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, knowledge, and personal qualities, including:

Availability for three alternating semesters, with the ability to balance work and academic responsibilities
Enrollment in an accredited college or university during the program duration
Experience in research analysis, deck building, presentations, project coordination, and communications
Demonstrated organizational skills, including attention to detail, prioritization, and adaptability
Strong team-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel, and knowledge of SharePoint site administration and OneDrive experience
Willingness to adapt quickly, learn new skills, and prioritize safety and security
Embracing diverse people, thinking, and styles, with a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Authorization to work in the United States and being at least 18 years of age

Co-op Program Outline
Our Co-op program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive and immersive experience, with three alternating semesters working full-time at arenaflex and enrolled in courses at your university. The program outline is as follows:

Spring 2025: Working full-time at arenaflex
Summer 2025: Enrolled in courses at your university or taking a break
Fall 2025: Working full-time at arenaflex
Spring 2026: Enrolled in courses at your university
Summer 2026: Working full-time at arenaflex

By the end of the program, you will have gained one full year of experience, with a deep understanding of our business, industry, and customer experience design principles.
