Job Overview: Customer Experience Concierge We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team at the Centurion Lounge, located in the Charlotte Douglas International Airport. As a Member Service Professional (MSP), you'll be the face of blithequark, acting as an ambassador of our brand and delivering superior service to our Card Members. You'll work as part of a cohesive team to excite our customers and deliver on our brand promise. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception Take ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, creating innovative ways to resolve issues or concerns and win brand loyalty Employ the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations Provide concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance Accommodate the needs of Card Members by partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners Maintain a positive attitude and utmost professionalism in all interactions, even in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience Make decisions quickly and effectively in unanticipated situations, prioritizing the Card Members' experience Qualifications and Skills: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience preferred, including reservation experience A passion for delivering extraordinary service with proactive solutions Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction Proficiency in using multiple technology platforms with ease and being resourceful in a face-to-face customer environment Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment The ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: At blithequark, we back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
