Key Responsibilities As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner Working closely with our overseas admin team to ensure seamless communication and coordination on listings and support tickets Managing your time effectively to meet productivity and quality standards, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision Collaborating with your teammate to provide 7-day a week coverage, with a flexible schedule that includes working 3-4 days a week (24-30 hours) and rotating weekends Utilizing modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA to manage customer support tickets and communicate with the team Continuously improving your knowledge and skills to provide the best possible support to our customers and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent organizational skills and task management ability, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively Native U.S.English speaker, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Proficiency in using modern business tools such as ZenDesk, Slack, and JIRA, or a willingness to learn Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be highly regarded: Previous experience in customer support or a
