Job Overview
In this critical role, you will serve as a Financial Concierge for our walk-in customers, providing personalized support, and guiding them through our range of financial products and services. Your primary objective will be to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by identifying financial goals and needs, and recommending tailored solutions. You will process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Develop a thorough understanding of our consumer deposit products, and educate customers on their features and benefits
Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners
Educate and refer customers to other areas of the bank, deepening relationships and building strong partnerships
Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk
Demonstrate expertise in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication, and presentation, consistently meeting or exceeding performance targets
Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team and the organization


Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills. The basic qualifications for this position include:

High School Diploma or GED, and a minimum of 1 year of customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree, with a strong focus on customer service, sales, or a related field

Preferred qualifications include:

1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
Cash handling skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and manage cash balances
Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services, with the ability to educate customers on their use and benefits
