Analyze and report data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions, and develop strategies to address these findings.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's Degree and experience within the CPG sector, with a preference for experience in the Adult Beverage industry.
An understanding of National Chain Sales, Retail, and Distributor operations, and expertise in category management principles and shopper/consumer insights.
A high level of understanding of Category Management processes and practices, and assertive leadership and decision-making skills with high energy.
Preferred experience with Syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI) and Internal Shipment Data, and a strong foundation in business fundamentals and business finance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative analysis skills, and intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice-to-Haves
Experience in the Adult Beverage industry, and familiarity with market research methodologies.
Ability to collaborate with external retail customers and key suppliers, and experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
