About the Customer Advocate Role
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Advocate. This is a full-time contract position with an initial 90-day contract period, offering a unique opportunity to learn about cryptocurrency and develop valuable skills in a new field. As a Customer Advocate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our tax filing solutions, and we're excited to invite strong contractors to join our team as full-time arenaflex employees.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with dozens of customers daily via email or chat to address common inquiries and provide account support
Collaborate with our Support team to understand, prioritize, and escalate customer feedback and issues
Recognize patterns in customer needs and relay them to the broader team to inform product development and improvement
Help colleagues deliver delightful experiences to our users in a collaborative and supportive manner
Learn and grow with a fast-moving and scaling team, embracing new challenges and opportunities for growth


Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Customer Advocate at arenaflex, you'll need to possess excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, friendly, and personalized emails. You should be empathetic, positive, patient, and excited to help users solve their pain points. We're looking for individuals who are organized, reliable, independent, and productive, with a passion for learning and growing their skillset.

Preferred Qualifications
While prior experience in customer support is not required, it's a definite plus. We're looking for individuals who are curious about cryptocurrency, math, and financial topics, and are eager to learn and develop their skills in these areas. 30-Day, 60-Day, and 120-Day Outcomes
As a Customer Advocate, you'll be expected to meet certain outcomes and milestones, including:

30-day outcomes: Successfully finish onboarding and training, resolve 25 tickets per week with 80% customer happiness, and participate in Support team meetings and conversations
60-day outcomes: Resolve 50 tickets per week with 90% customer happiness, actively participate in and initiate product-focused conversations amongst the team, and help colleagues solve user problems
120-day outcomes: Resolve 100 tickets per week with 95% customer happiness, conclude contract by winding down any work outside of the inbox, share ideas and tips with the team and any new colleagues who join, and provide internal feedback on your experience
