**Experienced Commercial Customer Service Banker – Relationship Building and Treasury Management Expert**

We're committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for talented individuals who share our passion for building strong relationships and providing expert support. **Responsibilities** As a Commercial Customer Service Banker at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Maintaining and expanding relationships with commercial banking customers through proactive communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building activities. * Identifying potential problems, compliance issues, and opportunities to maximize client satisfaction and encourage expansion of the relationship. * Developing a working knowledge of assigned areas and accounts through frequent client contact and execution of standard departmental procedures. * Providing expert support for Treasury Management products, including online platforms, and assisting customers in navigating these systems. * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. * Assisting customers with deposit and loan questions, and providing guidance on bank products and services. * Maintaining a strong technical understanding of bank systems and regularly attending training sessions to expand knowledge and skills. * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * An associate degree or equivalent work experience in a related field. * Three to five years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on commercial banking or customer service. * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts. * Outstanding customer service and problem-resolution skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. * Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications, and experience with department-specific systems. * Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services, including Treasury Management products and services. * Technical support and/or co-browse skills, with a preference for experience with digital capabilities and Information Technology environments. * Knowledge of Treasury Management Products/Services, with a preference for experience with GTM and Operations. **Nice-to-Haves** While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable: * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving complex customer issues. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication. * Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other banking systems. * Strong understanding of digital capabilities and experience in an Information Technology environment. **Benefits** As a valued member of the arenaflex team, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Comprehensive healthcare coverage, including medical, dental, and vision plans. * Supplemental coverage, including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, and hospital indemnity. * 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match. * Life and disability insurance. * Employee assistance program. * Identity theft protection. * Legal support. * Auto and home insurance. * Pet insurance. * Employee discounts with preferred vendors. **Career Growth Opportunities** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
