We're not just looking for anyone – we're looking for individuals who share our enthusiasm for gaming and are eager to make a real difference in the lives of our customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a chat brand representative, you'll be responsible for: * Being a brand ambassador – sharing your love and expertise for the game and brand with customers * Owning and using the brand's products and services to provide authentic support * Familiarizing yourself with the brand site and related media and searches * Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide informed recommendations * Showing empathy and understanding to customers in stressful situations **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A genuine passion for online gaming and console gaming (Xbox, PlayStation, and/or Nintendo) * Experience setting up and using wired and wireless headsets * Proficiency in modern technology, including web search and navigation * The ability to type at least 35 wpm and communicate clearly in text form * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent customer service skills and a willingness to go above and beyond for our customers **Our Mission** At blithequark, our sole mission is to help gamers play their best – at every level, in every game.
