**Job Summary**
As a Caregiver Lead with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with clients in their own homes, providing personalized care and support to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. **Responsibilities**
As a Caregiver Lead with arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:
* Providing personalized care and support to clients in their own homes, including assistance with daily activities, mobility, and personal care
* Building strong relationships with clients and their families, and communicating effectively to ensure their needs are met
* Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Working collaboratively with other caregivers and staff to ensure seamless care and support
* Maintaining accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care and services we provide
**Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:
* At least 2 years of professional experience in a caregiving or related field
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Ability to pass a background check and meet arenaflex's hiring requirements
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional care and support
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
* Certification in caregiving or a related field (e.g. CNA, HHA)
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience working in a home care or hospice setting
