Job Overview
The Business Analyst will be part of the Benefit Development and Backing team, which provides analytical and high-level support to the Coke Florida Choice Support Group. The successful candidate will liaise with various key functions, including Sales, Field Operations, Product Management, Finance, Enterprise Planning, and Marketing, to provide support for activities such as customer trade spend and investment, business cases, supply chain, pricing, marketing initiatives, and working capital. This role will also support the contract pricing process, activity-based costing, and the annual planning process.
Key Responsibilities
Pre- and post-analysis of customer programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing initiatives to help the business make informed decisions
Investigate the performance of different pilot drives using a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing)
Maintain and update required tools based on business needs, such as BPM or Route Planning models
Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in reporting and processes and provide solutions
Proactively search for patterns and trends in the data to identify gaps or opportunities for the business to consider or address
Support the design and development of Coke Florida tools to improve financial targets, focusing on the different levers from top line to bottom line, with continued improvement of key value chain capabilities
Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements
Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed and design executive summaries
Perform any other related and assigned duties
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field
A minimum of 3 years of Business Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations experience, with an emphasis on analysis, modeling, or estimating
Management Consulting or Engineering experience is highly preferred
Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities
Strong data literacy
Data visualization using Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
Proficiency in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement
Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects
Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and progressively support different stakeholders
Strong change management skills
Able to work independently with a high degree of accountability
Can demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to drive growth in total system profit
