What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advocate for customers, problem solve, and resolve issues in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Investigate customer concerns, implement process improvements, and report trending customer issues
- Support other customer service advocates by providing guidance and feedback
- Demonstrate exceptional listening, questioning, and de-escalation techniques
- Maintain a secure home office environment free from distractions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Must meet all work from home technology requirements
- Reliable private internet connection with minimum download speeds of 5Mbps
- Ability to work from home within the continental U.S.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience working in the financial or credit card industry
- At least 1 year of experience working in a call center
