Key Responsibilities Accept inbound calls and respond to questions regarding medication coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions Provide clear and concise information to help our members understand their coverage and options Offer solutions and support to improve our members' healthcare experience Work collaboratively with our team to resolve issues and improve processes Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, such as a call center, retail, or hospitality industry. You should be proficient in Windows-based applications and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
