Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and analytical support to our Ads organization, focusing on solving strategic and operational issues by working with large quantities of data. You will conceptualize and build analytical solutions, generate data insights, translate them into actionable recommendations, and influence critical business decisions. Key Responsibilities Provide data-driven insights and analytical support for the arenaflex Ads organization Focus on solving strategic and operational issues by working with large quantities of data Conceptualize and build analytical solutions, generate data insights, and translate them into actionable recommendations Influence critical business decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Support, Professional Services, Product Management, and Engineering Develop and maintain technical expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling Minimum Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent sensible experience At least 3 years of experience in an analytics or data scientist position Experience writing SQL queries and working with multiple data systems to generate reporting/insights Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience in a Sales or Customer Service environment Knowledge of data evaluation tools (R, Python) and techniques (experimental evaluation, predictive modeling, machine learning, etc.) Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data into useful formats and convey actionable insights through powerful communication Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage tight deadlines Comfort with engineering practices around analytical accuracy (e.g., development of BRDs/PRDs/Design Docs, checking in and reviewing code, etc.) Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong technical skills in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
