**Job Summary**
As a Business Analysis Manager in the Global Reporting group, you will play a critical role in driving Starbucks' success by collaborating with specialty unit finance teams to develop and implement monthly and quarterly reporting packages for a senior audience, including the board and executive leadership team. You will also be responsible for leading and improving our combined operating margin analyses. The Global Reporting team is seeking a partner who can help drive change and efficiencies and deliver effective reporting. To achieve this, the ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence stakeholders and leaders.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Business Analysis Manager in Global Reporting, you will:
* Develop innovative solutions to complex problems and situations
* Conduct research, including external benchmarking, and use statistical tools and situation analysis to inform sound business decisions
* Provide training, coaching, and guidance to colleagues to achieve business results
* Work with cross-functional teams to set targets and deadlines, develop plans, conduct analyses, measure results, and improve processes
* Present data and insights to senior leadership to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for growth
**We're Looking for Someone with:**
* Moderate experience in financial analysis, modeling, planning, and business development
* Industry experience in a related field
* Proven ability to lead and drive cross-functional teams
* Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to senior stakeholders
* Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
