Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our partner enablement platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating top-tier Netflix platform experiences for our global partners. This is a remote-friendly job that offers the flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule, with occasional in-person meetings in Los Gatos or Los Angeles for collaboration and team-building activities. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of enterprise experiences that power Netflix's partner experiences, enabling Netflix to be streamed on any device, anywhere Develop design briefs that provide business, design, and engineering clarity for critical drives Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, data scientists, tech writers, and business teams to develop and iterate on new concepts and work with product execution Identify, analyze, and drive strategic partner initiatives that enable next-generation experiences Create applications, tools, and services that enable these experiences and partnerships Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or similar experience) in a B2B or B2B2C space, leading high-impact drives from concept to execution in technical business areas Experience working in technical systems, with expertise in reducing complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and usability A strong portfolio that showcases your problem-solving skills and experience designing across products, platforms, and personas Experience working with design systems and can identify and extend shared patterns and behaviors Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Preferred Qualifications Experience working with complex enterprise systems, data platforms, and technical environments Experience driving design strategy for enterprise platform drives (e.g., influencing product direction from the perspective of experience design) Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and execute new concepts and products Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Strong design and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reduce complex problems down to simple, intuitive solutions Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Experience working with design systems and technical environments Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Netflix, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
