About the Role As a Remote Beauty Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have. Key Responsibilities Respond to client requests and inquiries via phone and chat, including product purchases, service and quality inquiries, order status, product information, and general client support issues Demonstrate high standards for quality service, ensuring that all client interactions are professional, courteous, and efficient Stay up-to-date with product and procedural knowledge, assessing industry trends and maintaining a high level of expertise in the beauty industry Work collaboratively with the quality and training team to self-manage performance expectations and maintain open communication lines with Team Lead, Quality Advocate, Trainer, and Manager for support and personal development Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, utilizing our proprietary call center database (CSC) to document all client communications Adhere to all schedules and deadlines, including scheduled shifts and special projects, and maintain a high level of punctuality and reliability Strive to exceed key performance indicators (KPI) and quality goals, communicating with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, and email Essential Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a business or professional environment, preferably in the service industry Comparable experience in an office environment is encouraged Self-starter with the ability to manage workload efficiently and effectively Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with a strong desire to be helpful and take ownership of resolving customer situations Positive outlook and enthusiastic attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining a professional demeanor Ability to multitask, reading, typing, and navigating through applications while speaking to customers Prior customer service or troubleshooting experience is preferred, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences Preferred Qualifications Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are preferred but not required Experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is preferred, with a strong knowledge of beauty products and trends Live chat or call center experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Experience working in a remote or virtual environment is preferred, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues efficiently and effectively Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Windows-based applications and client relationship management tools Ability to develop relationships with clients, even in difficult situations, and maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
