Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing direct customer support, analyzing issues, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring total customer satisfaction, and building strong relationships with our internal teams and external customers. Key Responsibilities Provide direct customer support for customers contacting the Customer Support Center, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service level commitments are met, and customers are communicated with proactively throughout the process. Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships through exceptional problem-solving skills, consistent follow-through, and effective communication. Participate in problem resolution by communicating with other departments and customers, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution. Educate customers on arenaflex products and services, promoting our brand and enhancing customer satisfaction. Ensure all customer interactions are professional, courteous, and focused on delivering exceptional customer service. Meet performance targets and Customer Service team goals, contributing to the overall success of the team. Assist with tours for existing and potential customers, showcasing our facilities and services. Perform proactive calls to customers to review service performance, develop service resolution plans, and identify potential opportunities. Research and resolve billing problems, providing support and training as needed. Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local laws, as well as company policies and procedures. Maintain data integrity and assist in conversions as necessary. Develop and maintain working partnerships with internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective issue resolution. Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and development of the team. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess: Bilingual ability to read, write, and speak in Spanish is highly desirable. High School Diploma or equivalent; or 1-3 years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Associate's degree preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
