Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services to in a full-time remote position. Key Responsibilities Implement clinical policies and procedures in accordance with relevant regulatory and licensure standards (e.g., NCQA, URAC, state and federal regulations and mandates as applicable) Serve as a subject matter expert and coach to the team regarding practice guidelines, quality of interventions, issue resolution, and critical thinking Ensure implementation and monitoring of best practice approaches and innovations to better address the needs of the population across the continuum of care Act as a liaison with other key business areas, as needed Develop/assist in the development and review of new training content, as required Collaborate/convey and facilitate inter- and intra-departmental training sessions, as needed Maintain the confidentiality of member data and adhere to company policies regarding confidentiality Oversee resources responsible for identification of members, development and implementation of care plans, enhancement of clinical appropriateness and quality of care, and monitoring, evaluating, and documenting of care Analyze and interpret data, identify areas for improvement, and focus on interventions to improve outcomes Develop, initiate, evaluate, monitor, and communicate performance expectations Ensure the team's understanding and utilization of information system capability and functionality Participate in the recruitment and hiring process for staff, involving clearly defined requirements with regard to education, experience, technical, and performance skills Evaluate developmental needs and collaborate with others to identify and implement action plans that support the development of high-performing teams Establish a work environment and style that promotes the concept of teamwork, cross-product integration, and continuum of care feeling that results in strong performance Consistently demonstrate the ability to act as a model change agent and lead change efforts Establish a positive work environment by recognizing team contributions, requesting input, and offering individual support, when required Maintain compliance with policies and procedures and execute them at the employee level Communicate effectively with Suppliers, Members, Staff, and other Leaders (e.g., may provide support to the sales staff and company staff via on-site client visits as well as presentations) Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field 3+ years of experience in a clinical subject matter Active and unrestricted RN or LCSW licensure in the state of residence Preferred Qualifications Managed Medicare insight Experience working from home/independent arrangement, using tools to virtually collaborate and connect with teams Master's degree in a social health field; or Registered Nurse (BSN preferred)Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.As an Associate Manager, Clinical Health Services, you will have access to a range of training and development programs, including online courses, workshops, and conferences.
