Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi or English and Bengali. Experience working with a computer and navigating multiple software applications. Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule, including early, late, short-term, weekend, and overtime as required. A calm, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair. A reliable and fast internet connection with a minimum broadband speed of 20MB download and 8MP upload using a hard-wired ethernet connection. High school diploma or equivalent required; previous customer service experience preferred but not necessary. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following qualifications and skills can enhance your application and performance as a Virtual Customer Service Associate: Previous experience in customer service, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with Amazon products and services, or experience working with a similar e-commerce platform.
