**Experienced Compliance Data Entry Specialist – Junior**

We're now seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Framingham, Massachusetts. **Job Summary:** As a Compliance Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You will be responsible for verifying and adjusting associate work times in the PATS system, processing indirect time logs, and analyzing raw data to generate reports. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for data analysis, we want to hear from you! **Responsibilities:** - **Data Integrity Specialist:** Verify Start and Stop times in the PATS system for each Associate each day, ensuring accuracy and consistency. - **Data Analyst:** Review each Associate's activity to identify and correct issues with data interfaced from SCAN, analyzing raw data to generate reports and create assignments in PATS. - **Data Entry Specialist:** Key in indirect time from indirect logs, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. - **Log Management:** Ensure indirect time appears to be accurate and does not compromise the data integrity of other assignments, archiving all production and indirect logs to meet payroll record retention requirements. - **Backup Support:** Train as a backup to the PATS/IT Supervisor for the Payroll Extraction process, providing support and assistance as needed. - **Routine Maintenance:** Perform other routine maintenance within the PATS application to ensure proper operation and upkeep. - **Clerical Support:** Perform other clerical duties, as needed, to assist in building daily operations. **Minimum Requirements:** - **Microsoft Office Proficiency:** Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - **AS 400 Warehouse Management System Knowledge:** Knowledge of the AS 400 Warehouse Management System, with a preference for one year of experience. - **Business Experience:** One year of related business experience with PC experience preferred. - **Communication Skills:** Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. - **Organizational Skills:** Maintains an organized workstation, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. - **Bilingual:** Bilingual candidates are preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. **Qualifications:** - **Experience Level:** Entry Level - **Minimum 1 Year of Experience:** Minimum one year of experience in a related field. - **Education:** Bachelor's degree in a related field. **Skills:** - **Data Entry:** Proficiency in data entry, with experience in PATS system and AS 400 WMS. - **PATS System:** Knowledge of the PATS system, with experience in data analysis and report generation. - **AS 400 WMS:** Experience with the AS 400 Warehouse Management System, with a preference for one year of experience. - **DC Procedures:** Knowledge of DC internal operations and procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment. - **Bilingual:** Bilingual candidates are preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. - **Compliance:** Understanding of compliance regulations and procedures, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a data entry role. **Work Environment and Company Culture:** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a work environment that's inclusive, supportive, and collaborative.
