As an AidQuest Chat Caregiver Lead, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our recruitment pipeline remains strong and effective. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage and maintain internal chat employment leads from AidQuest, ensuring that our recruitment pipeline remains strong and effective
* Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
* Utilize chat employment leads to identify and attract top talent in the industry
* Develop and maintain relationships with AidQuest to ensure a steady supply of high-quality leads
* Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform business decisions
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
* Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent management, or a related field
* Proven track record of success in managing and maintaining recruitment pipelines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform business decisions
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
