As a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing prescriptions, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Model and convey a positive and exceptional client experience, ensuring that customers receive considerate, fair, and professional service Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with courteous and efficient checkout service, and process voids, returns, and exchanges as needed Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience Utilize pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information, process prescriptions, and ensure accurate data entry Assist pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow, and perform administrative tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director Maintain accurate records, check in and price stock, and keep counters and retires clean and well-promoted Provide support and assistance to the Pharmacy Department on inventory management activities, such as ordering, unloading, checking, and storing shipments of medications Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (except in Puerto Rico) Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Strong numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions Basic computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control Preferred Qualifications At least six months of experience in a retail environment Previous work experience with blithequark PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification through the designated PTCB training program Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
