Job Overview As an Account Manager, Commercial Insurance, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and building strong relationships with producers and carriers. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing expert advice and guidance, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. Key Responsibilities Assist producers in developing service plans for key accounts, ensuring that our clients receive tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Manage the renewal process according to agency procedures, ensuring timely and accurate renewals for our clients. Complete servicing of accounts, including issuing certificates and auto ID cards, processing endorsements, audits, binders, and maintaining current status on all account activities. Promptly invoice policies and other premium-bearing items, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely billing. Review policies upon receipt, ensuring that they meet our clients' needs and that any issues are addressed promptly. Respond promptly to customers' questions and/or requests for assistance, providing expert advice and guidance. Review client contracts and make recommendations to producers, clients, and/or carriers if it's necessary to modify existing coverage to comply with contract provisions. Communicate all necessary information to producers, clients, carriers, and other agency team members servicing the account, ensuring seamless collaboration and exceptional service. Requirements To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications A valid driver's license. A high school diploma or equivalent. A Property and Casualty Agent's license. 3 or more years of Property/Casualty Commercial insurance experience. Strong time management and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications A degree in a related field, such as business or insurance. Additional insurance industry designations, such as CIC or CPCU.
