Our commitment to excellence, customer-centric approach, and passion for innovation have made us a go-to choice for organizations worldwide. **Job Responsibilities** As a Cloud Security Specialist – Customer Engineer, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with Security Deals and Google Cloud teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, resolve client technical and compliance issues, and develop strategies to overcome technical blockers. * Demonstrating and showcasing the benefits of arenaflex's Cloud Security products in client and partner environments. * Supporting arenaflex's Cloud Security initiatives and relationships, owning technical aspects of solutions, and delivering technical presentations, product and solution briefings, proofs-of-concept, and demos to clients, partners, and stakeholders. * Planning and delivering product messaging to highlight arenaflex's solutions' value proposition using techniques such as presentations, product demonstrations, white papers, trial management, and response reports. * Attending client sites, meetings, and other relevant events where applicable. **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field). * At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on cloud security, network security, or a related field. * Proven experience in security operations, threat hunting, malware analysis, cloud security architecture, or identity and access management. * Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field). * Certification in the Cloud or Security industry (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, CompTIA Security+). * Experience in conducting security assessments for clients (e.g., threat identification and hunting, malware analysis, cloud security posture management, or SIEM and incident response). * Knowledge of emerging trends in the network security industry (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, zero trust, and so on). * Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical expertise in cloud security, network security, and related areas. * Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. * Proficiency in cloud security tools and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). * Experience with security frameworks, regulations, and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS). **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
