As a key player in our sales cycle, you will lead enterprise prospects from consideration to purchase, fostering strong relationships with executives and professionals across various functions. Your role will involve partnering with Account Associates, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success teams to design and execute complex customer evaluations, demos, and pilots. Based in New York City, NY, you will be at the heart of our sales operations, forecasting pipeline and targets, monitoring industry trends, and contributing to product roadmaps and corporate strategies.Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including solutions, marketing, communications, business operations, people operations, finance, product management, and engineering, will be essential to your success. Additionally, you will support the recruitment and onboarding of new teammates and play a role in shaping and supporting the development of our company culture. Your experience and insights will be invaluable in helping us scale and operate efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Lead enterprise prospects through the sales cycle, from initial consideration to successful closure.Collaborate with internal teams to build and execute customer evaluations, demos, and pilots. Forecast pipeline and targets on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate sales predictions and strategic planning. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, partners, and market intelligence to inform product development and corporate strategies. Work closely with various teams across arenaflex to ensure aligned goals and effective execution. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have a proven track record of success in selling platform-as-a-service and/or software-as-a-service at a product-led growth company. A history of achieving revenue targets exceeding $1M per year for more than 6 years is essential, along with experience in designing and executing complex deal strategies. Supporting the growth of fast-growing, high-performance companies and leading high-visibility customer events are also crucial aspects of your background.The ability to gather, distill, and process complex market intelligence, as well as report on customer success activities, will be highly valued. PreferredQualifications: Deep understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications in business. Experience in a similar role within the AI or technology sector.
