Job Summary

As an Executive Assistant at Holloway Benefit Concepts, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO and team members, managing calendars, coordinating travel, and ensuring seamless communication. You will also assist with HR, benefits, and accounting-related tasks, utilizing your knowledge of Office 365, Salesforce, and other software applications. This is a full-time remote role, and we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities


Schedule meetings and appointments for the CEO, ensuring timely and efficient communication
Manage and organize CEO inbox and calendar activities, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
Coordinate virtual CEO events, travel arrangements, and meeting follow-ups
Attend meetings, take meeting minutes, and update company CRM based on meeting findings and track action items or follow-ups
Assist with HR, benefits, and accounting-related tasks, utilizing your knowledge of Office 365, Salesforce, and other software applications
Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion


Essential Qualifications


2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in HR, benefits, or accounting
Proven experience with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.) and Salesforce or similar CRM software
Familiarity with HR, benefits, and accounting principles and terminology
Proficiency in Slides and Docs, with ability to learn new software applications
Basic understanding of human resources and benefits solutions and terminology
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with team members and clients
High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment


Preferred Qualifications


Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Familiarity with benefits administration software and HRIS systems
Certification in benefits administration or HR-related field (e.g., SHRM-CP, CEBS)
Military-connected individuals are encouraged to apply
