Job Description:
Our part-time Event Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of events, from initial planning stages to day-of-event logistics. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
– Coordinate with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
– Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, and equipment
– Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the clients standards
Requirements:
– Proven experience as an event coordinator
– Strong communication skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects independently
– Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
– Microsoft Office proficiency
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
Educational Qualifications:
– Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred but not necessary.
Experience:
– Minimum of 1-year experience in event planning or related field.
