Event Coordinator and Executive Assistant
Everlight Solar is seeking an Event Planner and Executive Assistant to perform a variety of tasks including assisting in the planning and execution of company-wide events and administrative tasks for our executive team, amongst other expectations. This is a FULLY REMOTE, full-time, entry level position. Travel required.
Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).

Responsibilities:
• Booking venues and negotiating deals
• Working with vendors, venues, and service providers to arrange suppliers, caterers, staff, and entertainment
• Coordinating the event: Managing setup, teardown, and cleanup, and anticipating potential problems
• Administrative tasks including emails and calendar management
Qualifications:
• Must be 21+ years old
• High school graduate (3.0+ GPA)
• Experience in administrative tasks preferred
• Excellent organizational skills
• Have a confident, positive personality
• Practice strong communication skills
• Must be a self-starter
• Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
