About the position The ERP Business Analyst Staff at Lockheed Martin is responsible for supporting the Value Stream and RMS processes, ensuring effective documentation, data validation, and testing support. This role involves enhancing reporting and visualization, maintaining project documentation, and providing backup support to the Value Stream Lead Architect. The position is fully remote, promoting work-life balance while contributing to the aerospace and defense sector through innovative technology and processes. Responsibilities • Support current process documentation, data validation, and testing support for Value Stream and RMS super users. • Refresh data sources for 1LMX Decision Support and Functional Spec/Build Metrics to ensure visibility into 1LMX Progress. • Provide analytic and visualization support to enhance current reports and create views as project phases progress. • Organize and maintain the RMS 1LMX Value Stream Teams site and files, including bi-weekly tag-up agendas and documentation. • Update the RMS 1LMX Value Stream section of Confluence for weekly PIT meetings. • Provide support and backup for the RMS 1LMX Value Stream Lead Architect to ensure RMS representation at key meetings. Requirements • Experience with SAP • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project and MS Visio • Strong analytical skills, particularly in processes associated with Financial Systems • Advanced systems skills • Ability to communicate efficiently across various functions and levels in the organization. Nice-to-haves • Experience with Alteryx and Tableau or equivalent visualization tools • Implementation and/or transition experience • Strong communication skills • Lean thinker with a process improvement mindset.
