Job Summary As a part-time Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a seamless travel experience. You will be handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services and policies. Key Responsibilities Respond to Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. Provide Information: Provide information about blithequark's services, policies, and procedures. Assist with Bookings: Assist customers with booking, cancellations, and modifications of flights. Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements Essential Qualifications Previous Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Computer Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and software applications. Reliable Internet Connection: Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Preferred Qualifications Additional Certification: Additional certification in customer service or related fields is a plus.
