IT Support Analyst
Our client is a leading Australian discount retail company with a strong presence nationwide. They provide affordable everyday essentials to customers while maintaining a commitment to quality and value. They are now looking to hire an IT Support Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of desktop, server, and network systems for their technology infrastructure and business operations. Job Responsibilities: Configure and maintain hardware and software for desktop, laptop, and server systems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows OS, Office 365, network connectivity, and cloud services. Provide technical support to internal users, ensuring timely issue resolution. Assist with new system rollouts, updates, and equipment setup. Perform daily system health checks to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain IT records and documentation, including issue tracking and resolutions. Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure. Ensure adherence to IT security and compliance policies. Collaborate with internal teams to improve IT processes and efficiency. Requirements 1–2 years of experience in an IT support role. Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IP networks. Experience with Windows 10, Office 365 administration, and Windows Server (2008-2016). Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) and IT security best practices. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve desktop, server, and network-related issues. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting (preferred but not required). Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and operate effectively under pressure. High attention to detail with a sense of urgency in resolving IT issues.
