ERISA Attorney/ESOP transactions - 1 Point System

Position Summary:This position will provide legal support for (1) a wide variety of ESOP transactions and other matters in which Trust is an ESOP trustee and (2) litigationEssential Functions:Deploy an understanding of ERISA and tax laws applicable to ESOPsPrepare, review and/or negotiate the terms of purchase and sale and related documents for ESOP transactionsHelp manage lawsuits and S. Department of Labor investigationsConduct legal research for litigation and S.
