• Willingness to learn and accept coaching
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
• Life insurance license (or willingness to obtain — we’ll help!)
Compensation:
• 100% commission-based (1099)
• Entry-level reps typically earn $2,000–$5,000/month
• Top performers earn $10,000+/month
