You’ll work face-to-face with customers representing AT&T while receiving hands-on training, mentorship, and skill development. No prior sales experience is required—this position is structured to support learning, advancement, and professional growth.
What You’ll Do
• Engage with customers in person to understand needs and provide AT&T product information
• Develop communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills through daily customer interactions
• Participate in structured training focused on sales fundamentals, customer experience, and professional development
• Support team initiatives and learn how goals are planned, tracked, and achieved
• Build product knowledge and confidence through ongoing coaching
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve performance and customer satisfaction
