• Ready for an adventure from the comfort of your own home? As a remote Mystery Shopper, you’ll be important, gathering intel on hospitality experiences.
• Conduct undercover evaluations from your home base.
• Take detailed notes like the professional that you are.
• Stick to assignment guidelines and stay incognito with our help.
• Provide honest, unbiased feedback for our very valued customers.
Requirements:
• This is a part time 1099 remote position.
• Are you able to make / respond to phone calls / emails during regular business hours Monday through Friday?
• This position requires that you are available to work 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm.
• This position requires an environment with no background noise that can be heard over the phone.
• Our reporting is done in MS Word and MS Excel based templates. Are you comfortable with both of these programs?
• This position requires having a computer with MS Word and MS Excel with Windows Operating Systems.
