Position Title: Entry-Level Painter

Pay Range: $17.50 – $20.00+ per hour

Job Overview:
House Hues is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Entry-Level Painter ready to grow within a company known for its precision, creativity, and commitment to craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in prep work, including masking, sanding, caulking, and priming
• Support the team in applying coatings for walls, ceilings, trim, and specialty surfaces
• Maintain a clean and organized job site daily
• Learn advanced finishing techniques through hands-on mentorship
• Follow safety protocols and ensure proper handling of tools and materials
• Communicate clearly with team leads and fellow painters about progress and needs
• Track hours accurately using internal software systems
Qualifications:
• Some experience in painting, construction, or general labor preferred (but not required)
• Eagerness to learn the craft of fine finishing
• Ability to take direction and work well on a team
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Willingness to grow within the company and take on more responsibility over time
