**Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Revenue Accounting and Financial Operations**

As a key member of our finance department, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our revenue accounting processes. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements that drive business growth. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and execute month-end journal entries, accounting report reconciliations, and provide monthly close expectations * Prepare monthly motion analysis for management review * Develop and lead process enhancements to streamline revenue processes and reduce close timelines * Review and analyze the accounting treatment for new revenue arrangements and items * Support the integration of new revenue streams into our existing cycles * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network executions and test framework changes related to revenue processes * Identify opportunities, develop and maintain accounting strategies and methodologies, and execute internal control systems (SOX) in areas of responsibility * Establish effective relationships and work cross-functionally across the organization * Plan and conduct impromptu examinations and reporting on a case-by-case basis **Requirements:** * 4+ years of moderate accounting experience in the marketing technology/media industry; preferably a public/private industry blend * Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance required * CPA certification strongly preferred * Strong knowledge of GAAP and the ability to apply ASC 606 required * Experience working with NetSuite and Salesforce an or more * Excellent analytical, authoritative, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail * Fantastic verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization * Proactive, independent individual with the ability to multitask and think creatively * Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results and succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working in a cloud-based accounting system * Knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) principles * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques * Strong understanding of financial modeling and forecasting * Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean **What We Offer:** * Comprehensive medical benefits * 401(k) matching * Flexible work arrangements for your workspace * Individual and professional development funds * Family planning support * Adaptable vacation (please use them!) and Reddit Worldwide Days Off * 4+ months of paid parental leave * Taken care of volunteer time **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we're passionate about creating a workplace that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
