About the position
The Entry Level Logistics Coordinator position at IM Global LLC is a full-time role based at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The primary responsibility of the Logistics Coordinator is to facilitate effective communication between the customer services team and US vendors, ensuring that all customs clearance information and documents are complete and accurate. The role requires real-time monitoring and tracking of shipments, addressing any operational or entry issues that may arise during the customs clearance process. In addition to communication duties, the Logistics Coordinator will coordinate with warehouses and third-party logistics providers to meet customer needs, including order fulfillment, forwarding, dropshipping, transshipment, and demolition. The position also involves monitoring import customs clearance and transportation, as well as collaborating with the customer service team to resolve issues related to lost or undeliverable packages and processing refund requests. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency of logistics operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate service delivery.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
