You will lead change initiatives, optimize processes, and inspire teams to achieve ambitious goals. Travel is required for this role Responsibilities What You Will Do: • Lead Change & Inspire Growth: Champion operational improvements and cultural Hands-On Leadership. • Hands-On Leadership: Engage directly with field teams, providing mentorship and support while modeling accountability and grit. • Operational Excellence: Oversee staffing, inventory, and customer service; conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance, efficiency and support. • Financial Stewardship: Analyze performance metrics, set goals, and implement strategies to enhance profitability and sustainability. • Strategic Impact: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new technologies and initiatives that elevate patient experience and operational success Qualifications What You Will Bring: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related field. • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in optical or retail healthcare operations. • Proven ability to lead change, manage complexity, and deliver measurable results. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to travel extensively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
