Qualifications
 Proven experience in both sales growth and recruiting beneficial
 Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.
 Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
 Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
