Weee! is actively seeking a highly motivated Entry Level Java AWS Programmer / Junior Data Scientist / AI Engineer to join our innovative remote team. This unique hybrid position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to grow in a role that combines software development, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.
As a part of our engineering team, you will develop scalable applications using Java and AWS, contribute to data science initiatives, and support AI-driven product features. You’ll collaborate with experienced developers, data scientists, and product managers, gaining hands-on exposure to real-world projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Write, test, and maintain backend services using Java and AWS.
Assist in deploying and managing applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.
Contribute to data collection, cleaning, and analysis for AI modeling.
Support development of machine learning models and algorithms.
Collaborate across teams on code integration, data engineering, and product improvement.
Stay current with evolving technologies in cloud, data science, and AI.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong foundational knowledge of Java programming.
Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).
Familiarity with data science libraries (e.g., Python, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) is a plus.
Enthusiastic about AI, machine learning, and large-scale systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Self-driven with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
