About the Team and the Role Our Global Music Studio is responsible for creating the iconic music that brings Disney's theme parks, attractions, and resorts to life. As an Executive Assistant in this team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most talented and creative individuals in the industry. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executive team, including calendar management, travel planning, and expense reporting. You will also have the opportunity to develop deep knowledge of the leadership and workings of Walt Disney Imagineering and related departments across the Disney enterprise. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to high-level executives, including calendar management, travel planning, and expense reporting Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including other executives, creative teams, and external partners Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the executive team Collaborate with other administrative teams to ensure alignment and effective communication Provide support for special projects and initiatives, as needed Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills: At least 3 years of experience supporting high-level executives in a corporate environment Sharp written and verbal communication skills, including flawless grammar and a rich vocabulary Ability to multi-task and prioritize deadlines and deliverables in a fast-paced environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Confluence, Concur, and other software applications Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Strong EQ skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Experience working at The Walt Disney Company or in a large public corporation Experience working with creative teams and executives Familiarity with music-related teams and projects Excellent knowledge of MAC or PC computer systems Education and Compensation A high school diploma is required, and a BA/BS or equivalent is preferred. The hiring range for this position is $63,400.00 to $85,000.00 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek. The base pay will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
