Our Crown & Bridge Technicians apply stains, glazes, and use rotary handpieces to ensure crowns seamlessly match a patient’s natural teeth. This role requires precise shade matching and a strong sense of color and aesthetics. If you’re looking to disrupt the dental lab industry status quo and contribute to building and scaling a “Gold Standard Posterior Department” per aggressive growth targets, this is the right place for you!Compensation$20 per hour + 15% differential (depending on experience)$750 bonus after 90 daysWhat You'll DoOperate Quickly: Finish full contour fixed posterior restorations (e.g., crown, bridge) to fabricate high-grade dental products in a fast-paced environment. Includes following detailed specifications from the order form to correctly stain and glaze per customer expectationsDrive Improvements: Serve as the go-to individual with firsthand insights on workflow, equipment, and capacity improvement opportunities to help drive high quality productsProblem Solve: Roll up your sleeves to quickly troubleshoot and solve process, equipment and/or technology issues as you operate within a large scale and fast paced dental labQuality Adherence: Uphold strict manufacturing quality standards (e.g., stain and glaze protocols) and lead by example.
