Qualifications • 2–4+ years of experience in social media design, digital content creation, or a similar creative role—preferably within entertainment, gaming, or related industries. • Strong design skills with a polished aesthetic and an understanding of entertainment and gaming culture. • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects) or equivalent design and editing tools. • Demonstrated ability to create optimized content for major social platforms, including vertical video. • Experience owning publishing workflows: drafting captions, tagging, scheduling, and posting content. • Deep interest in and knowledge of movies, indie film, and gaming—you speak the language of fans and communities. • Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Comfort working independently in an offsite/freelance capacity while staying responsive to a distributed team.
