And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.Could that be you?Your Mission:To meet the quota or assigned targets and give the best experience to customers while nurturing them to be enterprise class base for UiPathThis is what you'll do at UiPath:Mine existing relationships as well as comprehensive sales and product plans to further grow UiPath’s key relationships.Understand customer’s business to be able to explore automation opportunitiesUnderstand product and competitive products to be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients.Develop and execute account strategy and roadmaps for a long-term relationshipDevelop and maintain relationships with decision makers in the marketInterface with Technical sales support team and Customer success team to ensure customer satisfaction.Achieve quarterly quotas.This is what you'll bring to the team15+ years of enterprise sales experience in the software or software solutions industry, with a proven track record of selling to enterprise customers in Manufacturing, Retail, and Distribution accounts in North India.Previous experience of selling to enterprise customersExperience in account planning, territory planning, multi product selling strategy etcExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skillsGood collaborative, interpersonal and negotiation skillsExperience in Application selling background like ERP/CRM will be an added advantage.Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving team.Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above—but still think you’d be great for the job?
