Online Order Processing: Process online orders efficiently, verifying all details and ensuring timely completion. Customer Support: Respond to inquiries related to orders, shipments, and product availability via email or chat support, providing exceptional customer service. Discrepancy Resolution: Coordinate with other departments to resolve discrepancies or issues related to data entry or order fulfillment. Data Confidentiality: Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to arenaflex policies on information security. Quality Control: Perform daily checks to ensure data accuracy and timely updates. High-Volume Support: Provide support during high-volume periods such as holiday seasons or promotional events. Required Skills and Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is an asset. Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry software.
