Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Engineer with a passion for building high-performance, low-maintenance, zero-downtime platforms and applications. As an Enterprise Engineer II Mobility Change Management, you will play a key role in driving our insurance business transformation, transitioning from a traditional IT model to a tech organization with engineering excellence as its mission. You will work closely with senior engineers to define technical architecture, support the implementation of new hardware standards and services, and drive the creation of an enterprise-level roadmap to support multiple vendors for future business demands.

Responsibilities

As an Enterprise Engineer II Mobility Change Management, your responsibilities will include:

* Developing and implementing change management plans to ensure seamless transitions and minimal disruption to our customers and internal stakeholders
* Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of change initiatives
* Managing the day-to-day change management process for the team, monitoring and evaluating change progress, and providing recommendations and feedback
* Assuming ownership of existing business processes and services, driving enhancement and continuous improvement to ensure high-quality services and end-user experience
* Engaging in cross-functional collaboration throughout the entire software lifecycle, working closely with senior engineers, developers, and other stakeholders to define technical architecture and support the implementation of new hardware standards and services
* Building product definitions and using technical skills to drive towards the right solution, analyzing and estimating the feasibility of new technologies and solutions
* Driving proof of concepts to test new technologies with hardware and software, working closely with cyber, network, and telecommunication teams
* Assuring 24x7 operations and stability of services with high regard for end-user experience, supporting the creation of an enterprise-level roadmap to support multiple vendors for future business demands
* Providing knowledge share, mentoring, and systems training to junior team members as needed, consistently sharing best practices and improving processes within and across teams
* Contributing to significant business initiatives, attending scrum meetings, and giving presentations to stakeholders

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* 2+ years of non-internship professional experience in a related field, with a strong background in change management strategy development, risk identification and mitigation, communication planning and execution, and change progress monitoring and evaluation
* Basic working knowledge of hardware, Windows OS/Apple OS, and experience with installation, configuration, and management of hardware/software
* Basic experience with Active Directory and Azure AD, and experience working with vendors for technical support
* Basic understanding of the security and compliance needs of the business and how they apply to certificates and secure communication
* Basic understanding of Virtual and Cloud infrastructures, networking protocols, devices, and telephony
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and cross-functional communication
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent education or work experience
* Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or equivalent certification

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience with architecture and design, and 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or another cloud service
* 2+ years of experience in open-source frameworks, and 1+ years of experience with any scripting and API integration
* Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
* Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD)
* Strong understanding of cloud security and compliance, including AWS, GCP, and Azure security best practices
