Efficiently coordinating with internal resources to ensure that flights depart on time and that customers receive the support they need
Performing a variety of tasks and duties as assigned, including working at different airport locations and performing different roles as needed


Minimum Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Ability to embrace diversity and work effectively with people of different backgrounds, cultures, and perspectives
Strong commitment to safety and security, both for yourself and others
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift and move luggage and other items weighing up to 50 pounds
Basic computer skills and ability to type at least 30 words per minute
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent grammar, tone, and pronunciation


Preferred Qualifications

Experience and/or education in ticketing or a related field
Previous customer service experience, particularly in an airline or travel-related industry
Knowledge of airline operations, including ticketing, reservations, and flight schedules
