You’ll own complex enterprise deals from end to end, working directly with HR, IT, procurement, and executive decision-makers. You’ll join a hungry, smart, and fast-moving team that values autonomy, creativity, and impact.If you’re commercially sharp, technically curious, and thrive in a high-ownership environment, we want to hear from you.What you’ll work onProspect, qualify and work new sales opportunities with a 4x funnel targetManage relationships with multiple influencers (technical individuals, business leaders, procurement, IT/security, and C-level executives) in a complex sale to close new dealsIdentify and understand prospects' challenges and requirements and map them to value and features of One ModelProvide weekly pipeline and forecast updates through CRM and team/management discussionsUse new technologies and creative tactics to communicate with prospectsKeep updated on trends and issues in HR technologies and people analyticsShare expertise and best practices with colleaguesProvide feedback to colleagues in product management and marketing to continually enhance our products and create value for our customersAbout youYou have at least five years of B2B sales experience selling HR tech into large US-based enterprisesYou have a strong track record of winning new business and closing complex deals with multiple stakeholdersYou take an entrepreneurial approach to customer acquisition, account management You have meticulous attention to detail and project management skills to successfully lead a complex, multifaceted sales process.You are fluent in CRMs like Hubspot and use sales tools intelligentlyYou are a problem solver with the ability to proactively multitask manage multiple customer accountsYou have experience selling an HCM, other HR software, or Analytics/BI solutionYou have existing relationships in target market and personas an asset (large enterprise HR leaders and and people analytics teams)You bring experience with a formal sales methodology like SPIN, Challenger, or Solution SellingYou’re comfortable with travel within the US for key customer meetings and events, up to 25 percentYou work with urgency, laugh easily, and know how to make things happenWhat’s In It For YouOne Model, founded by industry veterans in HR analytics, boasts a strong competitive advantage with its data-first approach to the People Analytics Platform.
